I have been setting myself some personal challenges over lockdown to try to keep healthy, and I thought this time I would like to fundraise towards something that I hold dear to my heart being, which is animals. 

The pandemic has hit everyone in different ways and has been a difficult time for all. There has been a huge increase in people giving up unwanted pets, as well as an increase in animal abuse and support measures such as rehoming and fostering have become more difficult.

So if you have any kind of donations, this will go towards helping rescue animals and nurse them back to health and support preventing cruelty to animals.

So I am taking on the "The Ring Road Virtual Challenge" this challenge is a round-the-island journey and will take me on 828 miles (1332 km)road trip across Iceland, across icebergs, volcanoes, waterfalls, geysers, and the rest.

The target distance to reach within 90 days is 1332 km so that's an average of 16.65 km a day, at a minimum, I need to target 116.55 km a week.
