Please sponsor me for a very special cause in memory of Pete Shingler. Willow Wood Hospice provided a tremendous level of support to both Pete and his family throughout his illness over a two year period.

The relationship Pete and his family were able to build with Willow Wood through the support they offered made the most difficult times feel like you were never alone, it gave them strength and courage to get through one of the most difficult times in their lives....but it also gave Pete comfort in the knowledge that they were still here to offer support when unfortunately he wouldn't be able to anymore. Pete's family's relationship continues with Willow Wood and they will be eternally grateful for their love, compassion, guidance and understanding, that feeling of knowing you're never alone is one they will treasure forever.

Therefore based on the above I am taking part in the 20th Anniversary Midnight Wander on Friday 20th September 2019 to raise all important funds. It costs £2.5m to keep the services going for the communities of Tameside and Glossop so please sponsor me and help a fantastic local charity in doing so.
