Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many thanks for supporting the Annual Allard Roofing Bike Ride, this takes place on Sunday 26th June and is a circular 60 mile bike ride through the Essex countryside. Our chosen charity this year is Children in Crossfire, a wonderful charity providing help and support for the most vunerable children in society, raising money and awareness for welfare, training, education and medicine.

I was lucky enough to experience the work of the charity first hand last month when I flew out to Tanzania. I witnessed their fantastic work, by visiting  4 projects, The Lake Victoria Disability centre near Mwanza,  the brand new health centre in Mwaleni, the disability centre at Mosoma and Tanzania's only free childrens cancer hospital  where the charity is paying for all the cancer drugs and nursing staff. The photo above is of Tobias a beautiful, happy boy receiving free  treatment to shrink his tumor. With your help we can help so many more children to live, just like Tobias.

So please dig deep and donate now.
