Story

I have decided to take part in a Charity Skydive to raise money for the Sands stillbirth and neonatal death charity. This is an amazing charity that help and support family's in the most difficult stage of their lives.

The truth is who knows me know I have experienced 2 miscarriages and struggled a lot with that. My pregnancy with Alyssia was filled with nothing but anxiety and disbelief sometimes. I didn't need to use of this charity, but knowing there was such a Charity out there to help prevent and also help should the worse happen was always comforting.

I truly believe this Charity doesn't get the support it deserves as this is still such a Taboo subject to people but everyone deserves the support this charity offers.

No parent should EVER have to bury their child!

All money raised will go towards Sands' core aims. We help to support bereaved families and save babies lives. Because of our fundraisers, This is what donations mean to Sands:£20 enables Sands to provide a memory box to parents so they can start making memories with their baby £140 provides one full day of bereavement care training for healthcare professionals £580 a day keeps our helpline open and free for every caller£840 can sponsor an entire day of training for 20 midwives! £1,500 is needed on average to run one local support group for a year
