Pilgrims Hospices deliver skilled and compassionate end-of-life care, free of charge, to thousands of people in east Kent every year. I am doing this for my Grandad who is currently fighting cancer and is being supported by the fantastic pilgrims hospice end of life care. I want to give back to them a fraction of what they give to people suffering with cancer and to the families of those who are struggling!
