Fundraising for The British Red Cross Society
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have decided to raise funds for The British Red Cross by abseiling from a dizzy 128 metres at the top of Reading's striking iconic building The Blade! :-) This event will take place on Sunday 10 April and if you come along and support me on the day you will see me abseil down 14 floors, the equivalent of 32 double decker buses!!!!! and i am very afraid of heights haha
The funds raised on the day will help to buy a new Red Cross front line responder ambulance to be based in Reading.The British Red Cross helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. They are part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies. They enable vulnerable people in the UK and abroad to prepare for and withstand emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over, we help them to recover and move on with their lifes.
