Story
As the lockdown continues, we’re seeing people coming together online in new and joyful ways to keep in touch and maintain a sense of normality in all of this. What we’ve also seen is wonderful acts of generosity and fundraising to support our key workers and carers.
Cheers to the carers aims to combine these two things. Quite simply:
1. Pour yourself a drink
2. Donate what you’d be willing to pay for it in your favourite bar
3. Nominate as many friends as you’d like to join you for a drink - they nominate their friends and family, and so on.
The hospitality industry is at risk, but we know the safety of our customers and teams is more important, and we want to celebrate those who are putting themselves at risk to look after our loved ones. So, cheers to them and here’s to enjoying catch ups with friends and
family together, when it’s safe to do so.
If you see yourself as a cocktail connoisseur, or have a favourite flair, why not challenge your friends to create the most elaborate drink. Let’s see who can make the best lockdown cocktail.
