This May 2020 we are donating all of our monthly class fees to Lewisham Hospital to help towards the fight of COVID-19 . Join our online class program for 5 live fitness classes per week + team ZOOM classes + Dance classes + Stretch and Flex classes + team challenges and more !!!! Evert penny raised is donated to the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust Charity.
