Royal British Legion Major Series - South · 9 April 2016 ·

The RBL are the UK's leading charity providing financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served and are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their dependents.

Story

This weekend sees soldiers from my squadron taking part in its fourth Major Series competition in aid of the Royal British Legion.  The competition is a 10km cross-country obstacle race taking place just outside Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

I would be grateful if you could spare a little cash in support of this worthwhile cause that is very close to my heart (yes, I do have one!).  The RBL continues to support ex-servicemen and women, offering help and support for when they have made the transition to civilian life.  With a steady stream of conflicts and peacekeeping missions from the 1990's onwards to more recent operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, there is an ever growing ex service community that needs support.
