The Salvation Army' Covid 19 Community support
Campaign by The Salvation Army (RCN 214779 and in Scotland SC009359)
Supporting those who are struggling during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Story

The last few months have seen immense suffering and hardship from storms and flooding. However the outbreak of the Coronavirus has quite literally changed everyones lives and turned society upside down.

Chatham Corps is serving a hot dinner every day to homeless people housed by the Local Authority in local hotels and serving 50 takeaways to vulnerable and further homeless people every Tuesday night from our Hall. The Corps is also providing Foodbank services to more than 100 families each week, whilst volunteers are also undertaking shopping duties as requested through the Chatham 24 hour Answerphone as well as referrals from the Local Authority.

Please give what you can to enable us to help as many people as possible! All money raised will go towards our on-going mission to support those most in need in our community.

Thank you.
