Sunday 11th August, Ryan and I will be participating in the Breca Buttermere Swimrun, consisting of a 38km run, 6km swim and 24 technicial transitions... a grand total of 44km through the lake district!

If you know Ryan or myself you will know that we do not take challenges lightly and if the Breca doesn't break us, it's likely one of us will break the other testing and pushing both our physical and mental limits.

In the meantime, we will be doing our best to prepare; faced with strange looks and laughter as we practise swimming in trainers and running in wetsuits.

The big C effects us all in one way or another and is a charity very close to ourselves and families hearts. Your kind donation will not only spur our motivation to tackle this challenge but help find kinder treatments and future cures.
