Story
As a lot of you know I have been volunteering with The Whitechapel Centre since the start of last year. I have always admired what they do for every vulnerable person around Liverpool but to be able to witness it first hand has been eye-opening. This charity has become a massive part of my life, and the volunteers have become like family to me. I want to continue to help them in any way I can for them to be able to continue to help anybody that is in need. The pandemic has made everyone's jobs a lot harder, but it has made a lot of peoples lives even harder. So I have decided to take part in the Liverpool Cathedral Abseil to raise money for The Whitechapel Centre.
I will be descending from 150 feet down this iconic Liverpool Landmark. Stepping off the platform at the top, walking down the wall to the arches before taking the final plunge to slip down using the rope only!
I know everyone is going through hard times right now but if you could donate anything that you are able, it would be the world to me and the world to those that need it the most. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
