On October 7th I will be running along with many friends and family, in memory of Alex Lewis who is an amazing guy, an inspiration and an amazing friend to someone who means a lot to me and to many others.

Alex passed away on the 17th February 2011 after a long and brave battle with bone cancer, shown in the television programme Alex: A life Fast Forward, which if you haven't watched it you need to make the time to do so, it is an eye opening, inspiring documentry showing how he had such a positive attitude whilst fighting his battle, the documantrey has had such a positive influence on myself as well as millions of others.

By raising money for BCRT we hope to raise awareness as well as help fund research projects which will prevent others going through what Alex had to go through, which predominantly affects children and teenagers.
