Charlton Life is proud to be a supporter and fund raiser for the Charlton Upbeats football team.

The Upbeats is a Down Syndrome programme run by the Charlton Athletic Community Trust since 2009. it receives no official funding and its continued existance is wholly reliant on the fund raising contributions it receives.

We will once again be participating in the annual Upbeats Day on the 14th April, including the 10-mile walk from the Training Ground to The Valley.
