Story
The swimmers are all primary school children mainly year 5 and are testing themselves in a challenge to swim 40 lengths EACH of Grange Paddocks pool for Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie at the Swimathon 2023
Many of them took part in a very successful Swimathon 2022 raising an amazing amount and all of them realise the effort it will take to complete the challenge.
This is a tough challenge for this group of 8-11year olds but it is for very worthy causes and we not only hope they hit a great total in fundraising but also learn the importance of making an effort to help those in need or less fortunate. .
