Hello there!

We are the small, but enthusiastic and committed, communications team at Good Hope Hospital.

So committed in fact that Anth is still taking part despite signing up to the Fun Run thinking it was a 5K!

We are fundraising for our official hospital charity and specifically, their Breast Cancer Appeal.

All three of us have had loved ones going through cancer treatment recently and so we wanted to raise money for a cause which is close to our hearts.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK with one woman diagnosed every 10 minutes.

Around 55,000 women and 400 men are diagnosed every year in the UK, that’s why Good Hope Hospital Charity is doing all they can to help breast cancer patients across Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, the West Midlands and beyond while they are going through their treatment. From mobile screening units to try and catch cancer early, to cold caps that help prevent hair loss.

As a team, we see every day the amazing impact which our hospital charity has on our patients at Good Hope. It’s something we want to support so please donate if you can and help us reach our target.
