I have decided to take part in the Paris to Swansea Cycle ride to raise much needed funds for Welsh Hearts, in memory of my adored Dad who passed away in 2011. 

This is a massive challenge for me and I would be so grateful for any money you can donate.

Welsh Hearts mission is centered on the prevention and management of Heart Disease, and to fund Cardiovascular Medical Research based in Wales. Cardiovascular Disease accounts for a third of all deaths in Wales, where the death rate is higher than in the majority of countries in Western Europe. (www.welshhearts.org)
