Sadly Charlotte only met Zoe in the summer of 2018, but quickly became friends, even when she was in hospital her snapchats were light hearted.  Charlotte was hopeful that Zoe would receive the heart transplant she so deserved, but sadly she passed away on 19th November 2018.

We are aiming to support Zoe's family in their fundraising for Bristol Children's Hospital.
