Story
This year I return to my GameBlast roots, back in 2020 we started the Indiana Jones Globe Trot and we travelled across Nepal, Egypt, China and India in our first two adventures, this year we return to the Globe Trot and hope to complete the next two adventures of Indiana Jones with a weekend full of roleplaying, puzzles and riddles.
We'll be taking part in two mammoth 12-hour roleplaying sessions on February 25 and 26th whilst raising money for the fantastic Special Effect during their GameBlast event.
Whilst video games won't solve the world's problems they can help to boost the quality of life of people with physical challenges that might otherwise exclude them from the enjoyment that games bestow.
Special Effect work to optimise inclusion, enjoyment and quality of life by helping people control video games to the best of their abilities for as long as they need them. Their team of occupational therapists and gaming specialists in the UK create bespoke control setups for hundreds of individuals each year, with their R&D team using what they learn in the field to develop freely-available resources and solutions to help level the playing field for gamers with physical challenges all over the world.
