Story
We, as a family, are taking part in the 10 km One Walk on 22th September 2019 to try and raise some money for JDRF. Anyone who knows us will know our lives have completely changed since Jed got diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes just under a year ago. It's a relentless condition that takes away any spontaneity. Jed is a trooper and just gets on with the daily finger pricks, highs, lows, quite restricted diet etc but there is no denying it it hard. Currently there is no cure for Type 1 but JDRF continue to research and try to prevent or make the condition more manageable and we want to support that. If you can sponsor us at all it would be much appreciated! xx

To work towards a day when there is no more type 1 we:Fund world-class research approved and administered by our international research programme to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes. Make sure research moves forward and treatments are delivered as fast as possible. Give support and a voice to people with type 1 and their families.Come and join us at this year's JDRF London OneWalk and help us take a massive step forward towards finding the cure for type 1 diabetes.
