As some of you may know my beautiful friend Karen Caulwell is fighting a long and tiring battle with breast cancer. Mum to Lauren, and wife to Ian she is just 41!!
Her energy and positivity is endless, as is her drive to enjoy a normal family life at the same time.
First diagnosed on 2 Jan 2014, she has endured vigorous and draining chemo in April 2014, September 2014, and will soon begin a third course in April this year. Her determination is not only inspirational but simply incredible! She is amazing!!!! Karen is always the first to help others and would give you her last £1, selfless and loving she's just a total babe!!!!!
Feeling quite helpless I have decided to take part in "pretty muddy" on 5 Sept 2015, in Swindon.
Those who know me well, know fitness isn't my thing... so this really is worth digging deep! Not only will I have to race, but will be filthy at the same time.
