John Lewis has partnered with Barnardo's as part of our 150 year anniversary and a few of my colleagues and I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for them this Sunday 12th October. 

Their purpose as a charity is to transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children. 

They support the children who need it most by teaching their parents the five key activities they can do with their child from birth to help them thrive. These are: Respond, Cuddle, Relax, Play, Talk. They use the knowledge gained from direct work with children to campaign for better childcare policy and champion the rights of every child.
