When I was 8 years old I was rushed to hospital with Meningitis and Septicaemia. Without the help of Meningitis UK and the research and knowledge they have given towards the illness I would not be here today. This knowledge helped doctors to save my life. I have chosen Meningitis UK as the charity to receive my donations so they are able to help save more lives and help people become aware of the symptoms of Meningitis.
