Hi my name is Emily and I am 8 years old. I have decided I want to cut my hair (not shave it) and donate it to a wig maker for children that have cancer. 

 I see lots of story's about children with life threatening illness's  and it's really sad, some children can't start school, go to friends parties, have dance lessons or even go to the park! They have to stay in hospital and their families have to travel far to stay with them.

That's why I've decided to raise money for make a wish foundation. I think all children should have the same opportunities to do nice things and go to nice places. Especially sick children, they deserve it the most. I want to help them have nice memories and do nice things with their families, so that when they are in hospital they have something to look forward to. It won't fix them but it will make them smile and I think that is important.
