Story

Thanks for visiting Charlotte's fundraising page and supporting this walk and amazing charity.

In 2008, at the tender age of 3, Charlotte was diagnosed with a rare combination of acute myeloid leukaemia and juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia. Over the next 2 years, she bravely endured 6 rounds of intensive chemotherapy and a full bone marrow transplant.

Charlotte is an inspiration to all who meet her and we hope that with her amazingly positive attitude, constant smile and the benefits of ongoing research she will continue to win her fight against this cancer.

Research is so important and Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

So please give generously and help Charlotte and 'Beefy' achieve their aims of increasing survival rates and improving treatment experiences.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to donate: Leukaemia Research gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
