A few of us have decided to take on the immense challenge of a 50 mile bike ride on behalf of The Stroke Association.

I have chosen this charity to support someone special to me who is recovering from a Stroke she had in January 2012.

The Stroke Association funds research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation, and helps stroke patients and their families directly through its Life After Stroke Services. These include Information, Advice and Support, Communication Support and Life After Stroke grants.

All donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated.
