As a family we will continue to actively fundraiser for the children's hospitals that have helped us through Emmie's journey of life and This year Kane barker, Alan Monsey, Joanne Norman, Hannah Monsey ,Alison Monsey, Julie Powell, Dena Etheridge & Michaela Bell will be taking part in the Abseil of St Mary's hospital (10 storeys) to raise vital funds for the More Smiles appeal - http://www.moresmiles.org.uk/
St Mary's is very close to all our hearts due to saving Emmie-Raes life not once but twice back in 2014, of which on both times we were told to prepare for the worst and each hour was vital.
Without these paediatric intensive care units 100s of children would not be with us today and families wouldn't be given that extra special time with there children. Alongside all the vital research in developing treatments and cures for childhood illnesses.
You never know what the future holds or when you may need the assistance of these expert units may it be for your great grandchildren, grandchildren or your own children.
