I am cycling this race in aid of my late Grandad Bruce who died of a heart attack, he was a great part of my childhood and I will always remember him as being very generous and the one who taught me to play chess like a pro! 

British Heart foundation does some incredible research and work over the last 15 years and there have been some massive breakthroughs thanks to them.

Please give generously to this fantastic cause plus you get to see some hilarious photos of me trying to get up the biggest hill in Brighton.
