Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As alot of you know recently I have been raising money and awareness for this amazing charity which is very close to my heart. Unfortunatley my Nan suffers from this and i'm sure most of you will know of someone who has or is suffering from this terrible illness.

I will be taking on this challenge with a couple of friends and I hope it to be my best fundraiser yet. So please help me in reaching my target no matter how big or small, every penny makes a difference.
