Story
Hi There,
I have decided to tackle the 10km walk slightly differently this year! Throughout November I will be attending several Health walks across the county. At these walks I will be promoting MCAM and talking to the attendees about self-checking, risks and how good oral health will protect them!
I hope to be able to do quite a bit more than the 10km with the added bonus of spreading the awareness of mouth cancer at the same time!
I will try to update steps etc after each walk so you can see how I am getting on!
Thanks
Charlotte
