Story
Mental health is not an easy topic of discussion for all and this can lead to lack of knowledge on the support available to those who are affected.
On the 4th March I will be completing the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge by running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours in aid of Inspire Wellbeing Charity.
Inspire is an all-island charity and social enterprise that works with people living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism and addictions. Inspire is campaigning to create a society free from stigma and discrimination, while creating a culture of compassion that focuses on people and their abilities.
COVID-19 has been eye opening for many on the importance of mental health and how fragile it is. Unfortunately, there is still stigma attached to mental illness and addiction making it difficult for people suffering to seek help.
I would appreciate your support in joining me raise awareness for such an important cause with any donation possible, large or small!
Thank you!
