Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've always been a sporty, fitness fanactic and being a Personal Trainer, I know how important it is to have a healthy heart!

In August 2010 I was diagnosed with a Cardiac Arrhytmia. I couldn't understand how I would have developed this since I had always been fit and healthy. Turns out I was born with the condition and it had finally decided to show itself (20 years later!)  However, I underwent surgery for this and fortunately for me the operation was a success.

So as you may have guessed looking after your heart and helping others look after theirs is important, So please help show your support and donate to this charity and help others who suffer with heart problems and help mend broken hearts!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
