Story

The ward are fundraising for new parent beds to provide somewhere for parents to sleep whilst their child is receiving care on the ward.

Our lovely little Betty has had a few stays now on the rainforest ward while shes been poorly , while your going through some of the hardest,  sadist times when your nursing your little humans back to health you dont realise what a difference haveing a bed / recliner has . It means while you little human is haveing 20 winks inbetween treatment you have somewhere to sit or cat nap inbetween them needing you , it means you have somewhere to be comfortable while you spending endless hours caring an worrying for your little one . The ward dosent have a bed or recliner per bed side , there for if your in for a while it could be hit or miss if you will have some where to stay or at least relax a little . It makes a massive difference to all the parents an it's one less thing to stress an worry about . While we have been in this time Betty hasent gone in her cot as shes been unsettled an upset an more settled  on my chest or knee an sitting on a hard chair while she sleeps or has treatment has been hard work but we managed to get a recliner a couple of days in to our stay an that has been a God send.  You dont realise the difference it makes. So please help even if its £1 as you never know as it may be your little human needing treatment an you would massively benefit from haveing these simple but expensive supplys while your staying .

Thanks love me Ben an Betty xxx
