Story

We are two 11 year old girls who are on a mission to raise awareness for two charities, “Against Breast Cancer” & “Diabetes UK.” In the UK alone 1 in 8 women will have Breast cancer in their life time, 11,500 women and 84 men will die from Breast Cancer this year! Over 3.5 million people have Diabetes and many struggle with injections several times a day, the disease can lead to complications that can cause damage to your eyes, heart and feet.

Grace and I have both known close friends and family that have been impacted by these diseases and passionately want to do something to support them. So we have decided to do a sponsored swim. We are trying to swim the equivalent of The English Channel in the month of April. Between us we take on this challenge of swimming 21 miles that’s 34,000 meters rounded up, during our Easter holiday to raise money and awareness.

So please if you can sponsor us and support these great charities we would be very grateful. Every penny counts!
