Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving Page.

On the 27th of August 2017 I will be hiking 83km (2 marathons) along the Laugavegurinn Trail in Iceland. Along with the distance, there will be glaciers, rivers and just a few BIG hills to cross.

Ever since becoming a Mum I have given to Great Ormond Street Hospital every month, I feel honored that I now have the opportunity to help even more.

I can’t imagine the heartache any parent who has a poorly child must go through. Great Ormond Street Hospital is a little bit of light in the dark. Not only are they researching cures for childhood illness, investing in the latest equipment, they are creating the best environment possible. This helps support families and enhances the
experience and wellbeing of the children staying and visiting the hospital.

With more than 268,000 patient visits every year, as much support as possible is needed to help young patients and their families.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you so much for your support.
