Please help us raise money for St Ann's hospice in Kim's memory. Kim received exceptional care and support during his final journey at St Anne's hospice.
The kindness and dignity that was shown to Kim during his stay at St Ann's was incredibly moving, and the care shown to him was nothing short of heroic.
St Ann's provides community based support as well as inpatient hospice care to those with life limiting illness.
It was Kim's wishes that St Ann's be supported in his memory so that staff there could continue to help others.
