Spending time with the PIP students at Christmas and during the residential holiday showed me how important it is that PIP continues its excellent work, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their potential. I was made instantly welcome during my time volunteering with them and had so much fun -the students are so lovely! As funding gets tighter and tighter, services become more stretched and the risk of them being lost is higher than it ever has been before. It is vital this work is able to continue so please donate anything you can -I promise to run as hard and fast as I can!!!
