Shooting Star CHASE are the charity that run the children's hospice in Guildford Surrey.  They provided nursing care and therapy for Charlotte both as an inpatient and at home. Without them it would not have been possible for her family to have cared for her at home as she had wished.  All their care is paid for by charitable donations.
