At Amberwood House Nursing Home we are so passionate about the wellbeing of not only our residents but our staff too! We wanted to focus on the health and wellbeing of all of us and we have set ourself a number of challenges throughout the year to achieve this. The staff have decided to take on the Pier to Pier challenge and try and raise as much money as we can whilst working on our fitness! 

I personally wanted to take on this challenge as I lost my uncle Adrian to a heart attack and this is something that means a lot to my family. This gives me even more determination to raise as much money as I can to help those in need!
