My nan got diagnosed with Alzheimers and Dementia about 2 years ago and it has been hard. From her forgetting to eat, to getting lost in the street she's lived in for over a decade, my nan is fighting this everyday.

I'd like to raise money to support those with Alzheimers and Dementia, past and present, so that future people with this horrific disease may not forget a face.
