My Grandad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease a few years ago, so raising money for Alzheimer's society is something that I really want to do. 

I was always really close to my Grandad and he meant a lot to me, so when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's I was distraught, just like the rest of my family. I aim to raise as much money as I possibly can for the charity, as they really need this money to help people who are already diagnosed with the disease and to find a cure.
