My brother (Tom) has recently been diagnosed with ME and, whilst it is a cruel and life-changing illness, it is under-funded and therefore under-researched. For this reason, I have decided to do my small part in supporting this charity, supporting all the individuals with this illness....but most of all to raise money to support research into ME.

So, due to ‘Lockdown’, I am unable to see my brother at the moment. There is 45 miles from my house in Caterham to Tom’s home in Crouch End. I have therefore decided to run 4.5km every day for one week. I will be running every day from the 11th May to 17th May, as this is officially ‘ME Awareness Week’!
