So it's that time of year again and my good friend Luke and I have decided to run the ASICS London 10km this July.

We are raising money for the Cleft Lip & Palette Association, supported through Great Ormond Street Hospital, a very worthy cause which is close to Luke's heart.

We are aiming to raise £300 each so please dig deep and donate what you can.

The race will be on Sunday 10th July at 9.30am starting on Piccadilly and we'd love you to come and support us on the day.
