As you are all probably aware, this is a charity close to our hearts as these are the people who were so kind and loving in the last few weeks of our Grandad/Dad's life back in September 2006.

By doing this we all feel we will be giving a little something back in order to help others receive the same support and compassion that we are so grateful for.
