I am most definitely not a long distance runner, this will not be easy, hence this is far more of a challenge for me than some.  I know the idea of me suffering for several hours will entertain the majority of my friends, so I think it is fair to expect them to cough up for their entertainment and my torture.  Please give generously, this is a once in a life time opportunity, you will not get the opportunity again!
