BAM is again doing its cycle-relay throughout the UK (this time from Exeter to Glasgow via London). This year I am been persuaded to take part.

Some 15 years ago I used to be a competitive cyclist. Many hot dinners have been eaten and beers drunk since then!! I have also barely turned a pedal since and getting fit enough to take part in this event is therefore a genuine challenge for me personally.

BAM is undertaking this ride in support of the company charity, Macmillan. This is a very worthy cause that is also dear to me personally, a family member having recently benefitted from their support.
