This year I am going to be taking part in the London Marathon for The Michelle Adams Fund who are now officially a part of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

 

The Fund was set up in our Shelley’s name after she passed away in June 2012. She was always there to help us whenever we needed her and always put everyone else before herself. She never let anyone down and we knew we could always rely on her. That’s why the Michelle Adams Fund represents her so perfectly. The fund helps those who are being treated at The Royal Marsden and are having financial difficulties. The fund is there to give people money for a taxi home so they won’t have to worry about leaving a loved one early to catch the last train, the food in the cafeteria is subsidised so that it is more affordable and there is money for new clothes for those who have lost a lot of weight during treatment.

 

It is a fund that is very close to my heart and i would be so grateful if you would dig deep and help me reach my target.
