Story
Domestic violence is “a pattern of abusive, controlling, and/or violent behavior toward a partner in an intimate relationship, often accompanied by emotional abuse that is part of a larger systematic pattern of dominance and control”. DV cases have increased dramatically since the beginning of the global pandemic, and now lawmakers in this country are trying to force women back to the "dark ages".
The Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center is committed to ending domestic violence, and to caring for victims. We continue to raise funds for this extraordinary organization that provides free counseling for survivors and education for school kids to help prevent domestic violence before it starts.
Please join us again this year by donating here and we’ll do the rest.
