Thank you for visiting my page.

I will be running the midlands fun-run in sutton colfield on the 3rd of June in aid of Alzheimer's research.  This cause become important to me when my grandmother Vera Howarth fell ill in 2015 and was diagnosed with the mental illness. February 2018 she was taken victim and passed away. 

This race is over 8.5 miles and will test my physical fitness as i train in preparation. (I don't have a runners physique) 

I am also running as part of a bet with a work colleague.  Stay tuned for the embarassing forefit should i lose.
