I will be taking part in Tough Mudder on Saturday July 12th 2014 in memory of my dad, John Cornish. Sadly my dad passed away at 55 from Prostate Cancer.

This is a 12 mile obstacle course involving various different challenging activities. I have been training hard for this event to enable me to complete the course successfully with my team of friends. 

This is not something that I would have considered in the past so this is quite a challenge for me and will be a great achievement. I hope to raise as much money and awareness as possible to prevent future unnecessary deaths from Prostate Cancer.
